We offer a 30-day returns policy on all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Contact us at hello@newmanic.com or call 01543 505 062 to initiate a return. We'll arrange collection for large items (TVs 40"+) at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. Payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return carriage at our expense. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
