These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from NewManic (newmanic.com), operated by Webbs of Cannock Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 08002533). Registered office: Charter House, 161 Newhall Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 1SW. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
By placing an order you confirm you are aged 18 or over and are legally capable of entering a contract. An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms the basis of the contract between us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if a genuine error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
We aim to deliver in-stock items within 1–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Full details are in our Delivery Information page.
We offer a 30-day returns policy as a goodwill extension of your statutory 14-day cancellation right. Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Full details: Returns Policy.
All products come with our 2-year NewManic guarantee as standard. This is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you up to 6 years to seek a remedy for goods that were faulty at the time of purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@newmanic.com or 01543 505 062 before the 14-day period expires. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. We will refund the standard delivery cost; you are responsible for the return postage unless the goods are faulty.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any matter where limitation is prohibited by law.
If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may use an approved ADR scheme. We are willing to use the Retail ADR scheme (retailadr.org.uk). You may also contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or raise a complaint via the Trading Standards service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
